Welcome to Zyyyler. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Zyyyler

Zyyyler is a startup founded by M. Mustafa, dedicated to providing Google Pixel smartphones in good, genuine, and original condition.

Currently, Zyyyler deals only in Pixel devices.

2. Service Area

  • Zyyyler ships orders within Pakistan only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders placed with addresses outside Pakistan may be cancelled.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to place orders.

  • You provide accurate and complete personal and shipping information.

  • You agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Product Condition

  • Devices sold are pre-owned or refurbished, unless stated otherwise.

  • All devices are checked and verified before shipping.

  • Minor cosmetic wear may exist and is considered normal unless stated as a defect.

Product images are for reference only.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All orders are prepaid.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.

  • Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

Customers must review all details before placing an order.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped after successful payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on city and courier service.

  • Zyyyler is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

7. 7-Day Backup Policy

Zyyyler provides a 7-day backup for customer assurance.

Backup applies only if:

  • A functional issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The device is returned in original condition

  • There is no physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repair

Backup does NOT apply if:

  • Device is damaged after delivery

  • Issue is caused by misuse or software modification

  • Accessories or packaging are missing

Backup may be provided as repair, replacement, or refund, at Zyyyler’s discretion.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Zyyyler reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Incorrect details

    • Suspected fraud

    • Violation of these Terms

9. Customer Conduct

Respectful communication is mandatory.

  • Abusive, threatening, or aggressive behavior toward the Zyyyler team will not be tolerated.

  • Zyyyler reserves the right to refuse service or deny support in such cases.

  • Disputes should be resolved through official support channels only.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Zyyyler and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zyyyler is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Courier-related delays

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
